Bylaws Review 2025

Hello Purple Sage PTA Membership,

To maintain Good Standing with Texas PTA, all Local PTAs must update or amend their Bylaws with Texas PTA at least once every three years. Much of the Bylaws are a template that is defined by Texas PTA, with some areas that can be customized to meet the needs of our PTA community.

Your PSE PTA Executive Board members invite you to review our proposed Bylaws, linked here, in advance of our annual membership meeting on May 15th. The customizable areas are highlighted in yellow. And, the two proposed changes are clearly displayed on the ‘Bylaws Snapshot Worksheet for Purple Sage Elementary PTA’, pg 14.

Then, please join us at our annual meeting, the final membership meeting of the year, on May 15th for the opportunity to discuss and vote on the proposed Bylaws.
